A cantilever is a chair without hind legs.
It is suitable for sophisticated residential, meeting and conference rooms.
In 1926 Mart Stam invented and designed the first functional cantilever chair, characterized by economy, lightness and aesthetics. Although the chair has only two legs, it is very stable. The oscillating effect does without a padding. The steel tube in its S-shape forms the frame. The sturdy hide leather cover guarantees high seating comfort. The development of the cantilever meant a revolution in the field of seating furniture. The new construction had clear shapes, which looked stylish and matched the modern ambience. This chair was a technical innovation.
