Armchair Brno Cantilever by L. Mies van der Rohe 1930
Armchair Brno cantilever designed 1929-30 by the Bauhaus architect L.M. van der Rohe. It was a part of the furniture equipment of the Tugenhat villa built for a Czech Family. This Tugenhat vila bacame the only listed on the UNESCO - World Heritage in the Czech Republic. The cantilever "Brno" with chrome plated square steel tube is one of the classics chairs of the Bauhaus age.
